Hello fall!

Okay, it’s not officially fall until September 23rd, but a girl can dream right? I mean Starbucks released all their fall drinks in late August, so it seems like everyone is celebrating early. It seems like everyone and their mother loves fall and guess what? I’m ALL about that. I’m a fall baby after all! Hello birthday month and best of all I was born on national coffee day! My favorite thing about fall is layering because you never know if it’s going to be a hot fall or a chilly fall, I live in Texas after all, haha! BUT even if you don’t live in Texas, layers are your friend. While hitting the outlet mall last weekend, I naturally found myself in J.Crew Factory. Is anyone surprised? haha! They have the CUTEST sweaters and jackets for fall, and I was immediately drawn to their sweater jacket. I saw myself dressing it up and down and even over yoga pants and a tee. I wanted to show you two different ways to style this gem.

I wanted to create more of a dressed up style with boots and a nice top. Even this isn’t as dressed up as it could be. Add a flowy blouse, slacks, and some pumps and you’ve got an adorable work appropriate outfit.

This is a more relaxed look and something I’ll probably wear A LOT! Pair this jacket with a striped tee like above OR even a graphic tee and vans—my go to. I’ve linked this sweater jacket and similar items below as well as different pieces to pair with it!
