SHU UEMURA BLOW DRY BEAUTIFIER REVIEW

I received this Shu Uemura blow dry beautifier cream free in my Influenster Vox Box last month and was super hesitant to try it out. I avoid putting things in my hair right after the shower and before I blow dry because everything I’ve used in the past has made my hair even more oily than it already is. To be honest, I put off even trying it out because I was so skeptical. Eventually I thought why the heck not.

I put about a quarter size amount of the cream in my hand, rubbed it in both hands, and then all over my hair. In the beginning I thought I might have put too much, but after rubbing it all into my hair I wasn’t too sure anymore. Sometimes you can’t really tell when your hair is damp how much of something is on it. I figured I would be able to find out once I started blow drying if I put too much beautifier cream.

Once I started blow drying I didn’t notice any difference, but when my hair began to dry it started to feel super silky, which doesn’t happen often with my hair. After about 15 minutes of blow drying my hair was completely dry and didn’t feel oily either! This cream wasn’t able to take away my frizz but it did make my hair a different texture in a positive way.

This was nice because it took time away from having to straighten my hair or do a lot of work to it. Will I use this every time I get out of the shower? Probably not, because I don’t blow dry my hair after every shower. Will I use it every time I want to blow dry my hair? Yes.

Is the price worth it?
