THE BEST ICED COFFEE RECIPE

If you’re like me, an avid coffee drinker, then you’ve probably spent countless dollars at Starbucks or your favorite local coffee shop! Hey, I’m all about splurging every nw and then, don’t get me wrong, but I can’t afford to do it everyday. I’ve been making this iced coffee recipe for a while now and decided to share because it’s THAT good.

First, when it comes to iced coffee, you going to want to invest in some plastic straws. They’re great for the environment and stirring up your drink. Plus, you can buy some super cute ones. I do have paper straws as well, but definitely don’t try to stir with them. They get all bent up and are only for show or to stick in your drink after it’s made. Shop my favorites here.

First things first, choose the cold brew you would like to use as your base. I typically go for the Starbucks dark roast iced coffee because it’s sold at most grocery stores but if I decide to make my own cold brew I’ll purchase Grady's Cold Brew. It comes in pouches you just add water to and leave in a container overnight in your fridge. I love to drink my iced coffee out of a ball jar, but any cute cup will do!

I suggest pouring about 2/3 of your cup full of coffee. Once, you’ve got your cold brew poured, it’s time to choose your flavoring. During the fall, I love to add some pumpkin spice creamer to be festive of course. Just adding a bit of creamer to your cold brew taste just like a Starbucks favored coffee. Y’all you can even buy Starbucks flavored creamers too, they’re almost as much as a Starbucks drink but hey, they’ll last a while longer. I like to add a little bit of milk too, almond for me because regular milk upsets my stomach hardcore haha!

I then pour almost 1/3 of almond milk into the cup and then the rest creamer! Depending on how sweet you want it you can change the last portions to fit your tastebud needs.

Stir everything up and enjoy! Feel free to experiment too. Sometimes I’ll add cinnamon or nutmeg to my coffee too. It’s so SIMPLE you can’t believe you’ve been spending that extra $$ on $5 coffees can ya?!

Love Always,
