HEALTHY BANANA PANCAKES RECIPE

I’ve always found cooking to be relaxing and I’ve been trying to spend more time in the kitchen. Not only have I been trying to spend more time in the kitchen but I’ve been trying to eat healthier food too! I found a three ingredient recipe for banana pancakes online and then tweaked it a little. I love making recipes my own!

What you’ll need:

  • Two bananas

  • Two Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

What to do:

Mix the eggs, baking powder, vanilla, & cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl. Then put in the bananas and mash them with a fork. Once everything is mixed together set your burner to medium heat. I usually use a small frying pan but you can definitely use whatever you like/have. Make sure you spray your pan before you put down the batter between every pancake. They bubble up like normal pancakes when it’s time to flip. These pancakes are pretty dense, so the texture will be different from normal pancakes.

You can enjoy these with peanut butter, Nutella, fresh fruit, or whatever your favorite topping is. Be creative!
